Gelantino Gallo is the CEO of Credicorp Capital and has more than 12 years of experience in financial markets. Since joining the firm in 2013, he has driven various strategic roles within the organization. Previously, he served as CEO of Prima AFP and was a board member of inPerú and a council member of the Responsible Investment Program. He is an economist and holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. His professional career stands out for leadership in financial management, business development, and the strengthening of sustainable investments.
Héctor Juliao has more than 24 years of experience at Credicorp Capital, where he has held roles in Asset Management and the commercial division. Previously, he served as Managing Director of the corporate segment, leading growth and client relationship strategies. He is a business administrator from CESA and holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance. Furthermore, he has an MBA from Deusto Business School and Adolfo Ibáñez School of Management. His expertise focuses on commercial leadership and strengthening regional financial businesses.
Andrés Mejía has more than 25 years of experience as a political analyst and consultant, with an extensive track record in media and specialized platforms. Since 2014, he has been a panelist on Blu Radio’s Mañanas Blu program, where he analyzes current political and economic issues in Colombia. Likewise, he has been a columnist for various national publications, including Ámbito Jurídico, where he has written since 2002. His career has consolidated in political analysis, public opinion, and economic affairs, making him a recognized voice in national debate.
Daniel Velandia Is the Managing Director of Research and Chief Economist at Credicorp Capital. He is an economist with a master’s degree in economics from Universidad del Rosario and holds the CFA designation. He has 20 years of experience in the financial sector and joined Credicorp Capital in 2010. Currently, he leads the regional Research team and the firm’s economic analysis. He has been recognized among the top economists in the region by Institutional Investor and highlighted by specialized publications. In addition, he is a columnist for Gestión and Portafolio.
Natalia Gutierez Jaramillo Business Administrator with a specialization in Finance and Project Evaluation, with a strong track record in both public and private sector leadership. She has served as Deputy Minister of Mines, Deputy Minister of the Interior, and President of the National Mining Agency. She has extensive experience in the mining, energy, and hydrocarbons sectors, as well as in financial management and consulting. She was General Manager of Aluvia SAS and Cygnus Project, Financial Manager at Winchester Oil and Gas, a consultant at KPMG, and a board member of ISA, FDN, and the National Infrastructure Agency (ANI). She currently serves as President of Acolgen
Jonathan Malagón González is an economist who graduated with honors from the National University of Colombia and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of London. He earned a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, a Master’s in Corporate Finance and a Master’s in Contemporary Art from the University of Barcelona, and a Master’s in Banking and Financial Markets from Carlos III University of Madrid. He also holds a PhD in Economics from Tilburg University. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, contributing to economic policy, financial development, and strategic planning initiatives in Colombia and across the region.
Guillermo Herrera is the Executive President of the Colombian Chamber of Construction (CAMACOL). He has more than 20 years of experience in the formulation and management of public policies and is widely recognized as an authority on housing, urban development, and land-use planning in Colombia.
At CAMACOL, he has led the organization’s positioning as a leading technical reference in the development of housing policy proposals for the country, promoting housing as a driver of social development, job creation, and economic growth. He has also championed initiatives focused on sustainability, digital transformation, sector productivity, and strengthening legal certainty for investment.
Throughout his career, he has served as Minister of Sports, Vice Minister of Housing, and Bogotá’s Secretary of Habitat. Among his most notable contributions is the design and implementation of flagship social housing programs such as Mi Casa Ya (My House Now), Free Housing, and Comprehensive Neighborhood Improvement.
Ana Maria Prieto currently serves as Director of the Payment Systems Department at the Bank of the Republic of Colombia, where she leads the regulation and operation of Bre-B, Colombia’s interoperable instant payment system.
Previously, she worked at the Financial Regulation Unit of the Ministry of Finance, the Self-Regulatory Organization of the Securities Market (AMV), and Asobancaria.
In 2020, she received a special mention in the Juan Luis Londoño Award, granted by Fedesarrollo to economists under the age of 40 who have made significant contributions to public policy design.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Universidad de los Andes and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and also holds a specialization in Capital Markets Law from the same institution.
She has completed executive education programs in leadership, innovation, and payment systems at *Harvard University, the University of Cambridge, and the University of Oxford
Raimundo Morales has been the CEO of Yape since 2022 and is a member of BCP’s Management Committee. Previously, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company Peru for 13 years, where he led projects and supported digital transformation initiatives and the launch of digital businesses for banks in Peru, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Jamaica, and Argentina. He is also a member of Es Hoy. He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Erika Zarante is CEO of LATAM Airlines Colombia, the first woman to lead the company and the only woman currently heading an airline in Colombia. A lawyer from Universidad de La Sabana, she specializes in International Transport Law and Commercial Law and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from INALDE. She began her aviation career in 2001 and, after LATAM acquired Aires in 2010, became Legal and Compliance Manager, leading key integration and strategic processes. With 23 years of experience in the industry, she has contributed to the company’s growth and now promotes a management approach focused on diversity, inclusion, and stronger operations in Colombia.
Carlos Horacio Yusty is the CEO of Argos Latam, the regional operation of Cementos Argos with a presence in 15 countries. He currently leads a phase of integration, profitable growth, and operational excellence, with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and value creation for customers and other stakeholders. Carlos brings nearly 25 years of experience in the industry.
Rafael Álvarez has served as CEO of Alquería since 2020 and has led the organization’s transformation from a dairy company into a multi-brand, multi-category food company. A civil engineer with executive education from the University of Oxford, he brings more than 20 years of experience at multinational companies such as Procter & Gamble, SABMiller, and AB InBev. Under his leadership, Alquería has doubled its size in five years, combining purpose, growth, innovation, and sustainability as the cornerstones of its strategy.
