Daniel Velandia Is the Managing Director of Research and Chief Economist at Credicorp Capital. He is an economist with a master’s degree in economics from Universidad del Rosario and holds the CFA designation. Jonathan Malagón González is an economist who graduated with honors from the National University of Colombia and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of London. Guillermo Herrera Castaño

Guillermo Herrera is the Executive President of the Colombian Chamber of Construction (CAMACOL). He has more than 20 years of experience in the formulation and management of public policies and is widely recognized as an authority on housing, urban development, and land-use planning in Colombia.

At CAMACOL, he has led the organization’s positioning as a leading technical reference in the development of housing policy proposals for the country, promoting housing as a driver of social development, job creation, and economic growth. He has also championed initiatives focused on sustainability, digital transformation, sector productivity, and strengthening legal certainty for investment.

Throughout his career, he has served as Minister of Sports, Vice Minister of Housing, and Bogotá’s Secretary of Habitat. Ana María Prieto

Director, Payment Systems Department Bank of the Republic of Colombia

Ana Maria Prieto currently serves as Director of the Payment Systems Department at the Bank of the Republic of Colombia, where she leads the regulation and operation of Bre-B, Colombia’s interoperable instant payment system.

Previously, she worked at the Financial Regulation Unit of the Ministry of Finance, the Self-Regulatory Organization of the Securities Market (AMV), and Asobancaria.

In 2020, she received a special mention in the Juan Luis Londoño Award, granted by Fedesarrollo to economists under the age of 40 who have made significant contributions to public policy design.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Universidad de los Andes and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and also holds a specialization in Capital Markets Law from the same institution.

Erika Zarante is CEO of LATAM Airlines Colombia, the first woman to lead the company and the only woman currently heading an airline in Colombia. A lawyer from Universidad de La Sabana, she specializes in International Transport Law and Commercial Law and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from INALDE. She began her aviation career in 2001 and, after LATAM acquired Aires in 2010, became Legal and Compliance Manager, leading key integration and strategic processes. Felipe Bayón

Felipe Bayón is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of GeoPark. He has more than 30 years of experience in the international oil and gas industry and is widely recognized as one of the most prominent leaders in the energy sector in Latin America. He served as CEO of Ecopetrol from 2017 to 2023, leading its growth, international expansion, and investments in renewable energy. A mechanical engineer from Universidad de los Andes, he developed much of his career at Shell, BP, and Pan American Energy, holding executive positions across the Americas and Europe.
